If you have purchased a product from Alpine Biomed that is covered under an applicable Alpine warranty and you believe the product is defective, please contact your Alpine Customer Support department or local distributor. (US Customer Support: 800-222-0074).
A Return Authorization number may be issued, subject to Alpine's RMA procedures. No product will be accepted without proper prior authorization. For safety and health reasons, some products may not be returnable. Products such as those that are presterilized should not be returned unless specific instruction is given by from Alpine Biomed to do so.
